We are so incredibly excited to announce that baby number three is a Girl!! We had an early Gender scan at our local Baby Bond Clinic and I can not recommend the service enough. We also went there for an early scan and it was a lovely experience. We asked them to write the gender in a card so that we could find out when we got home. We took the card to a local balloon shop and they filled the box with balloons and I cant tell you how exciting it was to open that box and see the pink balloons fly out! We filmed the moment and I will share that will you all soon.
I still feel like I'm pinching myself. I have always dreamed of having two girls and a boy. If someone asked me to draw my "perfect family" as a child it would have been that, and I feel so blessed to be getting my wish.
Elise is over the moon to be having a little sister and after a little chat and a bag of sweets Charlie is now just as excited. As its a gender scan they don't do a full check like they would on the NHS scan but from what they did check baby girl is growing beautifully and doing well. She will be our last baby so we are embracing every moment and enjoying this time.
We cant wait to meet her and have her complete our family. I wanted to thank you all for all the lovely comments and messages on my social media. It feels great to be able to share this wonderful time in our lives.
