Every parent would agree that it goes by too fast. One day you have given birth to this tiny baby that relies on you for everything, and the next your packing them off to school and in they skip without even giving you a backwards glance.
Why its filled with so many beautiful moments its also filled with some very daunting moments too. So many decisions and choices to be made it can be difficult to know where to start. I have been a huge fan on NUBY since having my first born, who will be 7 in just a couple of months which feels impossible. From teething to weaning I have used pretty much every product of theirs over the years with my eldest and then my second child. With my third baby fast approaching the teething and weaning stage I was very excited to be invited along to NUBY UK Event in the very stylish Ice tank studios in Covent Garden, for the release of their new products.
Being a mum of three I am forever trying to juggle my time and get precious one on one time with each chid, so as a very special treat I brought Charlie, my middle child along with me. To say he had the best day ever would be an understatement!
When we arrived we were greeted from by Chase and Marshall from Paw patrol. If you are the parent of a pre schooler you will understand his excitement. After some welcome drinks and being introduced to various members of the NUBY team I got to mingle with the other mums and see a few familiar faces.
What I found really informative and interesting was to hear more about the brand and what drives them forward to create new products. NUBY are a world wide company who distribute products in over 150 countries and have been creating new and exciting ways to help parents during their teething and weaning journeys to help create memories of such an important and significant time in a Childs life.
That statement really stuck with me as I remember giving both my older two their first spoonful of food and the moment they first held a teething toy by themselves and I am so excited to start this journey with Olivia.
The new products were launched in the form of a performance by some big names! Anna and Elsa, paw patrol, Spiderman and charlie's favourite...THE HULK! NUBY know how to throw a launch party! We even got to meet the characters and have photos taken with them which made the event even more special.
After the performance and a lovely lunch, we got to see the new products up close and personal. The gem/ birth stone dummies were beautiful and would make a great and personalised gift for any new baby. Water bottles, baby carriers and changing bags were among the new products launched at the event. Various designs, sizes and colours of bottles to cater for all. I loved how colour and robust they were because lets face it, children can be unpredicatable , so its so important to have a water bottle that can with stand a terrible two's meltdown!
We had such a fantastic day and felt very honoured to have been asked to attend such a fabulous event. A lot of care, thought and planning has gone in too not only these products but the event as-well. I felt very looked after and welcomed their and that feeling and sentiment is shown through their work and their brand.
